"We had an amazing experience with Miss Tonia at Dave Dupree State Farm office. Our mortgage company sold out to another company; our insurance company was bought out by another company. The insurance did not carry over. Imagine our surprise when we found out we had no homeowners insurance! Had attempted to find insurance through other agents, including going through our own local agent, to no avail. Credit union that holds our home equity loan placed insurance for us. Finally found a carrier through our local agent, who sent out an assessor to take pictures of the property. Mind you, this house was built back in 1987, and needed some maintenance work. In the process of doing so. Insurance company dropped us because of the incomplete construction! As Mr Duprees State Farm office is right next door to my employer's office, I stopped by to explain my situation. After gathering the proper documentation, we had full coverage home insurance and are going to bundle our auto insurance through this same office. Miss Tonia has been absolutely outstanding! She is on our Christmas card list forever!!"

"David and his team have far surpassed any expectation of what I had imagined an insurance agency would be. I moved to MO last year and found them through a family member. "In May we had a horrible storm—hail and high winds. Tonia Hebold from this office was our agent. My husband immediately called Tonia first thing in the morning after the storm to report the damage. She told him that she’d take care of it, and that, “if we didn’t hear anything sometime the next week, to call her back.” What? Wasn’t she supposed to be calling us back to make sure we had been taken care of? In the meantime, neighbors were outside with their adjusters and contractors. Finally, on Thursday of the next week, my husband called her again. She said, “It’s out of my hands, you’ll just have to wait.” After he hung up, I called customer service at their main office. It turns out Tonia never filed the claim! We were waiting for an adjuster who was never going to come! Tonia had two chances to file the claim—once when my husband first called, then again with his follow up call. We should have gotten her commission for filing our own claim. By the way, the adjuster came out right away after we filed the claim. He was nice. We never got a call from Dave Dupree apologizing for dropping the ball."

"The app was not fully functioning while I was trying to finalize/purchase my quote; so I had to give the office in Nixa area a call to do so. I spoke with a Michelle. (Sorry if not spelt correctly) She was absolutely phenomenal. Spot on, perfect customer service and GREAT attitude! She was real, transparent and everything she needed to be, to be great at what she does. I normally stray from phone calling, but she made it a quick, fast and simple interaction. The call to set up my insurance, IN FULL…was less than 15 minutes long. Thank you so much Michelle, for giving me a FANTASTIC StateFarm impression!👏🏼"

"Mechael at David Dupree's office with State Farm was fantastic! Our rates had soared with other companies. So I called around and State farm was able to get our auto and home owners insurance policy quoted at a good rate and started up quickly over the phone. Mechael is very pleasant to talk to and she is helpful. Calling back with questions and adding vehicles was easy and quick. Pat in the office, has always been easy to talk to and helpful any time I have talked with her as well."

"Customer service screwed me over after speaking with this office waiting 6 days to get in to speak with them they told me there is nothing they can do for me. After telling me they would make it right. I would not recommend this office or State Farm to anyone."

"Unfortunately, I wasn't impressed with Agent Dupree. State Farm allows independent agents to represent their brand and clearly some agents are better at it than others. When you talk with an agent you want the conversation to feel like they are interested in who you are as a person and a valued part of their business (our policies result in their paycheck after all). After relocating I was looking to transfer a large group of existing State Farm policies to a local agent, we initiated a call to Mr. Dupree’s office because of a previous business connection. It took 6 attempts over the course of 6 weeks (we were abundantly patient) to get a call back directly from the agent. While I very much appreciate that he owned up to the fact he did not return our calls promptly and admitted he had no excuse, the conversation we finally had did not make me feel like I would be a valued customer going forward. I attempted to create conversation to get to know him and his office better, but the conversation felt very one-sided. I honestly don’t recall him asking anything about me as a person to better understand my needs for insurance. What I learned was that he trusts the people in his office to do the majority of the work so he can focus on other things. Surprisingly, he specifically mentioned not doing much with sales so people didn't feel like they had to rely only on him and that he leaves the majority of claims handling to one person in his office. I guess I'm left wondering what Agent Dupree does for his office. We will continue to look for a State Farm agent who is personally active and invested in their office and will value us and the business we bring to their office. #earnmybusiness #valueEVERYcustomer #thankGodforgoodteammembers"
